About the job

The Cybersecurity Resilience & Recovery Partner is responsible for defining, assessing, and improving the organization’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events. This role focuses on establishing recovery baselines, identifying critical IT infrastructure elements, analyzing resilience posture, and driving remediation recommendations. The position directly supports the Enterprise Cybersecurity Risk team in strengthening operational resilience across critical IT and business services.


About the role:

  • Support in defining enterprise recovery baselines and strategies, including technical recovery patterns, resilience patterns and recovery expectations.
  • Identify critical IT infrastructure elements across applications, infrastructure, databases and integrations.
  • Conduct resilience assessments against the recovery baselines, including RTO/RPO alignment, backup & restore requirements, failover mechanisms, dependency resilience and periodic testing.
  • Formulate remediation recommendations to address resilience and recovery gaps and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate across cybersecurity, IT operations, architecture, and business teams.

About you

You will be successful in this role, if you:

 

  • Have a strong understanding of resilience engineering, disaster recovery, IT operations, and cybersecurity risk management.
  • Can build structured methodologies (e.g., baselines, standards, scoring models) and apply them consistently across diverse technologies.
  • You think strategically and can translate resilience principles into clear, actionable plans.
  • You communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • You thrive in complex, international, matrixed environments and can influence without direct authority.
  • You have hands‑on experience with:
    • IT architecture or infrastructure engineering
    • Application recovery design
    • Business continuity or resilience frameworks
    • GRC tooling and structured assessments
  • You are familiar with resilience‑related standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001/22301, DORA, NIS2) and good practices across cloud and modern IT architectures.
