IT&Data Product Analyst - Integrated Business Planning

About the job

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a key role supporting the shaping and delivery of a product vision aligned with stakeholders and business goals. The mission of this role is to translate user requirements into actionable insights and product requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery and provide recommendations to improve the product.

Key responsibilities

Product backlog management:

  • Review and refine business requirements with the IBP business process owner.
  • Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and the IBP solution.
  • Ensure the backlog supports the IBP product roadmap.

Data & Integration ownership:

  • Translate business requirements into clear data and integration requirements.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product performance monitoring, identifying improvement opportunities and driving optimization.

Delivery:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture feedback, ensure alignment, and mitigate risks.
  • Support product lifecycle activities, including continuous improvement, maintenance, and testing.
  • Ensure the quality and smooth deployment of product releases.

Stakeholder management:

  • Act as the interface between business and technical teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with BPOs, IT teams, and vendors.

About you

We expect you to have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Solid experience (3–5 years) in IT operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IBP processes or demand/supply planning processes.
  • Knowledge of o9 platform or SAP IBP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
