Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is looking for IWS & Performance Project Intern who will be responsible in support key initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and digital transformation within the organization. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in internal communication, performance reporting, and digital tool development.

1. Active students in 7th semester from engineering major

2. Understanding of basic project planning, execution, and monitoring principles 
3. Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting
4. Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation is a plus
5. Capable of delivering clear, engaging, and structured presentations
6. Excellent verbal and written communication
