YOUR responsibilities as a Junior Key Account Manager will include (but not limited to):

  • Support and manage partnerships with key retail and digital trade partners at national level
  • Understand customer strategies, needs, and opportunities to build strong links between Danone and partner goals
  • Conduct regular business meetings and negotiations to foster trust and long-term collaboration
  • Support the development and execution of yearly customer and channel strategies together with the Senior KAM
  • Assist in negotiating trade terms, pricing, and promotional plans in line with company objectives
  • Monitor sell-out data, category trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and excellent customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of new growth opportunities within digital and evolving trade channels

About you

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager with the following profile:

  • University (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in Business or Economics
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Experience with modern trade or digital sales environments is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data and identifying actionable insights
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from experienced KAMs in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident Excel user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid Category B driving license
