The Key Account Manager is responsible to achieve sustainable profitable growth according to Danone Strategy, developing relationships with the retailers, serving as the primary contact, implementing monthly business plan, monitoring in-store activation and ensuring appropriate investment levels.

Responsible and accountable for the profitable growth of sales at specific Key Accounts.

Build Strong customer relations

Collaborates with National Account Managers (NAM) to build and articulate the customer strategy, monitor its progress, and review outcomes.

Design, execute and control the Trade support budget for his customers.

Closely monitoring, evaluating and acting upon the sales KPI’s of his customers.

Academic and trade qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or Marketing

MBA or Master Equivalent would be considered as a plus.

5+ years’ experience in Account Management and/or Business Development within the FMCG sector preferable dairy products and Modern Trade.

Fluency in Greek & English language (verbal & written).
