About the job

• Responsible for validation and verification for new chemical testing method follow as global Danone method.
• Responsible for routine chemical testing based on work instruction for raw material and finish Good.
• Documenting for revise work instruction, SOP link ISO17025 or ISO9001.
• Participate in sample receiving and lab activity.
• Participate PO/GR purchasing and contact supplier for chemical lab.
• Coordinate to implement and/or maintain the system to be accredited in physical laboratory, such as good laboratory practices (GLP), ISO/IEC 17025, proficiency testing, etc.
• Coordinate to control the Calibration system and preventive maintenance program in all measurement devices/ equipment are used in quality food safety.
• Supervise lead and analyst chemical team.
• Troubleshooting when lab analysts encounter problems with test results or instruments.
• Perform to control consumable cost for chemical lab.
• Review water testing for quality food safety lab by monthly.
• Support chemical lab team for digital and paperless project to improve way of working.
• Other job to support Assistant Laboratory Manager – Chemical.

• Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry) or related fields
• Working in service/factory laboratory at least 3-4 years
• Able to write and speak English
• Microsoft office, Good Excel, PPT and Power BI
• Analytical skill related ICP-MS and HPLC/UPLC , FTNIR, Auto titator
• Experienced for method verification/validation of chemical testing
• Knowledge and got certification ISO17025:2017
• ISO14001 requirement and GLP requirement
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and decision making especially issue or deviation relate to chemical result.
• Good communication and Leadership skills
