As our new Learning Manager you will translate business needs into impactful learning solutions, ensuring strong alignment between local priorities, global frameworks, and organisational capability needs.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will take ownership of learning priorities across Norbal (Nordics & Baltics), working closely with HRBP´s and leaders to understand capability needs and turn them into relevant and impactful learning initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping and managing the regional learning portfolio, ensuring that learning efforts support business priorities and are aligned with global frameworks while remaining relevant across markets.

A key part of your role is to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution - from steering digital learning initiatives to supporting leadership and functional development programs. You will also play an important role in ensuring learning quality and effectiveness by following up on outcomes, using insights and data to strengthen impact and continuously improve how learning supports the organisation.

Through close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders, you will help build consistency, support capability development at scale, and contribute to a strong learning culture and shared behaviours across Norbal.

The role is based in Solna, Sweden & we expect you to join us at the office at least 3 day/week.

• Solid experience within Learning & Development, preferably within FMCG
• Comfortable working in a matrix organisation, across different markets
• Ability to balance a strategic perspective with operational delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with learning effectiveness, evaluation, and insights
• Structured and solution‑oriented approach
• Fluency in English on professional level
