About the job

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing day‑to‑day logistics operations, ensuring efficient outbound and inbound processes, accurate system transactions, and strong coordination with internal teams and 3PL partners. The role safeguards service reliability, inventory accuracy, compliance to SOPs, and timely issue resolution. This position plays a critical role in executing SAP transactions, managing market returns, supporting co‑packing and consignment operations, driving safety and audit readiness, and ensuring continuous improvements across logistics workflows.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outbound & Inbound Management

  • Create Outbound Delivery (OBD) in SAP, including pallet and truck size calculation.
  • Manage ad hoc or special orders requiring extra preparation or batch monitoring.
  • Conduct random outbound picking checks at 3PL and verify delivery accuracy.
  • Resolve delivery issues such as delays, wrong deliveries, truck breakdowns, and system errors.
  • Review POD documents and address discrepancies.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly inbound container planning with Import team and 3PL.
  • Verify inbound damages/issues and perform random inbound receiving checks.
  • Lead inbound claims management and process PGI returns in SAP.

2. Inventory & System Monitoring

  • Monitor and reconcile system inventory discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues (IDOC errors, Co-packing transactions , etc)

3. Complaints Investigations and closure

  • Investigate logistics related complaints together with Quality and 3PL teams.
  • Provide details to Customer Service (CS) for raising RSO and issue TR in SAP for returns.
  • Track complaints monthly and update required logs.

4. Co-packing management

  • Coordinate co‑packing activities with 3PL and internal teams.
  • Generate Delivery Note (DN) in SAP for co‑packing materials.
  • Troubleshoot co‑packing related system issues.

5. Market return management

  • Review Credit Request (CR) & Good Return Note (GRN) documents from distributors.
  • Arrange collection of market returns and consolidate documents monthly.
  • Generate (Return order) TR in SAP for market returns
  • Person in charge for recycling company
  • Verify 99SM stock returns at recycling company via 3rd‑party checkers.
  • Coordinate with veterinary bodies (DVS) for animal feed verification.
  • Acts as the key liaison with recycling companies in both Malaysia and Singapore.

6. Consignment Stock stock processing (Zuellig Pharma & Veloce)

  • Create TR for consignment stock movement.
  • Verify consignment stock returns at SHT warehouse.

7. Staff Purchase & Pernama

  • Create Delivery order and Return order in SAP for staff purchase items and Pernama transactions.

About you

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics processes.
  • Handson experience using SAP (ERP 6.0) is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Good knowledge of logistics operations; advantage with 3rd party logistics experience.
  • Strong problemsolving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail with good followup and documentation discipline.
