• Develop and implement Warehouse organization, cascade Warehouse and corporate strategies down to facilitate and ensure performance achievement.
• Lead, direct and control Warehouses policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the Warehouse organization. Main activities include warehousing, transportation, distribution, storage management, WISE and nature.
• Oversees the overall Warehouse budget, monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and priorities spending.
• Establish Targets and services standards, monitor performance of the Warehouse activities against set goals
• Research, work in liaison, maintain, monitor and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers (3PL) , so that Warehouse organization has reliable supply of goods and services to customers that meet its standards of quality, timelines and costs
• Liaison with other cross functional managers and / or directors across the organization to ensure the Warehouse strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
• Lead, direct and evaluate and develop professionals in Warehouse team to ensure that the organization’s Warehouse strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.
• Receiving finished goods, raw materials, packaging, business promotional products.
• Storage of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, business promotional products.
• Inventory Control.
• Taking care of the warehouse area and equipment tools.
• Resource planning required in the warehouse.
• Controlling and developing product inspection processes to ensure that customers receive products in perfect condition.
• Developing and evaluating the storage of products for customers in the provinces.
• Developing and training employees at the supervisor level and down.
• Contributions and responsibility for quality and food safety, food fraud, Halal.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 5 years of Warehouses management and /or Supply Chain Functions.
• Warehouses process skill both warehouse and transportation. 
• Able to communicate in English.
