Danone MENA is looking for a talented Maghreb Marketing Activation Lead to be based in Algers, Algeria like you!

Join our Sales team as a Maghreb Marketing Activation Lead and play a key role in develop and execute Maghreb Annual Operating Plan for SN  brands, through cross-functional Alignment with HN leadership team, MENA regional Marketing, to drive sustainable and profitable growth in line with company vision to achieve country objectives & implementing Marketing plans strategies

 

BUSINESS CONTEXT & KEY CHALLENGES:

 

Maghreb Marketing Activation lead is fully responsible for executing marketing initiatives and activities for given brands. Maghreb Marketing Activation lead aligns with HN Leadership team and marketing department to ensure uninterrupted operation of SN business in Maghreb through efficient A&P planning and spending. Marketing Activation Manager contributes to market analysis using available resources efficiently according to internal/ local rules and regulations.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • participate in annual planning process (AOP) through monitoring & executing A&P Budget plans after alignment with HN Leadership team & regional marketing & Medical teams
  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities, and the behavior of a brand’s target audience and recommend actions to achieve annual sales and profit objectives.
  • Based on Business needs communicated from Country HN Heads Develop, execute & monitor implementation of annual marketing plans.
  • Lead product launches and portfolio management by analyzing sales data to update a brand or category portfolio.
  • Be the liaison between Cross functional teams to ensure Implementation of Maghreb market plans.
  • Administer and monitor marketing activities
  • Track & follow up on A&P Budget planning & monitor A&P spent.
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports.
  • Support Maghreb team as needed, including PowerPoint presentations, Market/Competitive information, Market insight and customer presentations
  • Gain in-depth understanding of the country objectives & priorities from Heads of HN & Country director to then align cross functionally on the plans needed to achieve country objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and ensure understanding and proper alignment with all relevant stakeholders to marketing plans.
  • Working closely with marketing and advertising counterparts, digital marketing firms, production companies and ensures that the brand strategy is being applied and executed consistently.
  • Stay up to date on consumer and market insights such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution.

About you

About you

To be Successful in this role you must have:

  • Master degree in Marketing.
  • solide experience in Marketing in pharma /FMCG sector .
  • Experienced in team Management .
  • solide stackeholder management Skills and habity to work in cross functional.
  • mastery of Microsoft Office
  • French and english proficiency

 

Languages required:

  • Proficiency in Arabic, English & French is a must
