The Maintenance Lead leads all maintenance activities in reference to manufacturing system and contributes to line efficiency and production. The Maintenance Lead is also responsible for the line results and Equipment Owner capability development, focusing on executing planned maintenance on their equipment. The Maintenance Lead has full accountability across 24 hours and multiple shifts for the maintenance activities performed by Equipment Owner/Line Shift Technician. The Maintenance Lead must work collaboratively with the Equipment Owner and Engineering team to improve maintenance standards and procedures.

Education

• Minimum S1 preferable from Electrical Engineering, Food Technology.
• Trade Test certificate (Red Seal) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Millwright) or equivalent.
• Bdegree in Engineering (advantageous) or equivalent.

Experience

• Ideally has had a line assignment in manufacturing industry minimum 5 years and 3 years in maintenance team.
• Have In depth knowledge of end-to-end production line and maintenance both electrical and mechanical.
• Understand manufacturing system such as : eSIM, SAP, and any other manufacturing system
