Our programme is a 2-year journey to nurture future leaders who believe in our vision of a healthier world. It's designed to provide a personalized experience where you will learn different aspects of the business and be equipped with core competencies and technical skills to succeed on an accelerated path to leadership positions.

We look for candidates who have all of this requirement

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is a plus with less than one year of professional work experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in English
• Leadership qualities and active involvement in co‑curricular activities are considered an advantage
