The Mechanical Maintenance Junior Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient production line performance by leading maintenance activities, managing preventive maintenance, and supporting troubleshooting and equipment improvements while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure production lines meets target net efficiency.
• Improve machine utilization as per maintenance KPIs.
• Follow up on safety standards and the implementation.
• Follow up on food safety standards in the production areas.
• Oversee modifications, replacement, and maintenance of equipment to reduce the major effect and breakdown.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of mechanical maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed.
• Develop & follow up on PM compliance for production lines.
• Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment from drawing.
• Lead on the production line major breakdown troubleshooting.
• Develop the root cause analysis for a major breakdown.
• Assess, set & execute the production line planned maintenance schedule.
• Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to fulfill business needs and company plans.
• Follow up on the critical spare parts for the highly utilize equipment.
• Lead on minimizing the maintenance cost and services expenses.
• Supervise the welder modifications in the factory.
• Contribute to minimizing energy consumption and the losses within the production area and process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Mechanical Power)

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant role

• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage & develop effective teams
