Danone MENA is looking for a very talented Media Manager to overlook it's SN business across the MENA region!

The Media Manager will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of integrated media strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role requires expertise in digital media planning, performance marketing, agency management, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Media Manager acts as the strategic bridge between internal brand teams and external media agencies, ensuring campaigns are aligned, efficient, and impactful across the MENA region with a scope of 12+ countries in scope, across all Specialized Nutrition categories & brands.

This role manages complexity at a regional scale, operating across diverse MENA markets, multiple media agencies, and a broad portfolio of brands. It requires navigating market- specific dynamics, regulatory environments, and consumer behaviors to deliver cohesive and effective media strategies.

The role also requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, including regular engagement with senior leadership. The Media Manager is expected to provide clear, concise updates and strategic insights during monthly leadership team meetings, ensuring transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field; Master’s preferred.

• 4-6 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital
• Proven experience managing media agencies and large-scale campaigns in the MENA
• Proficiency in media tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance reporting and budget
