For a 6-month mission, ODBS is looking for a Transport & Warehouse Logistics Cost Specialist. You will be based in our headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (92500).

You main responsibilities are the following:

• Ensure the consistency and proper integration of primary transport movements in the SAP logistics cost calculation module (PU LOG)
• Configure the workflows for creating new routes in SAP.
• Ensure the creation and transfer to finance of the provision adjustments originated from PU LOG.
• Verify that pricing terms are applied correctly (create and maintain pricing terms in SAP in coordination with C&P). Update the necessary data.
• Help ensure that supplier invoices within the scope are paid on time:
  • Send the list of monthly shipments to Invoice Management, provide files to make sure they enter the corresponding invoices
  • Respond to requests from Invoice Management regarding price discrepancies (w.cycles)
  • Send monthly pro-forma invoices to road carriers
  • Analyze price differences on invoices and resolve identified discrepancies: justify and correct discrepancies between the shipment provision and the invoice received, prepare and follow up on credit note requests to suppliers, verify the applied rate and apply the new rate if necessary
  • Configure new prices when needed
• Accountable for the accounting process performance 

• You have a Degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
• You have strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, Cost Control, or Logistics Accounting.
• You have a solid understanding of transport operations
• You are highly proficient with SAP (pricing conditions, PU LOG, master data).
• You have an analytical mindset with high attention to detail and financial rigor.
• You are agile, autonomous, and comfortable in an operationally dynamic environment.
• You speak English & French fluently.
