Danone Türkiye is looking for talented colleagues for the position of "National Key Account Sales Manager (Temporary)"!

Main Objective

Drive growth in line with our sales targets through collaboration with our national key account customer, Migros.
Establish and manage top-level cooperation with the customer.
Actively contribute to customer and channel-based plans aligned with net sales and growth targets.

 

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Monitor turnover and market share targets in line with implemented strategies.
  • Proactively track market and consumer data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure the application of Danone’s sales principles and monitor their execution.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong communication and collaboration with the customer to ensure mutual success.
  • Identify growth opportunities and support the management of major accounts.
  • Implement excellent sales strategies with the customer.
  • Conduct depot and store visits to strengthen relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Manage budgets regularly and actively with the customer.
  • Support the customer in all collaboration processes, including contract negotiations.
  • Take ownership of customer turnover, share, and sales fundamentals.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities and focus areas.
  • Take action based on sales performance analyses.

Business Development

  • Support the Commercial Strategy team in identifying business development opportunities with the customer.
  • Collaborate with the Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) team to expand product offerings and increase market penetration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Supply Chain teams to align efforts with company goals.
  • Effectively inform internal stakeholders about sales performance.
  • Ensure product availability by maintaining communication with demand and customer relations departments.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Proven experience in sales, pricing, consumer insights, marketing, trade marketing, data analysis, and field operations
  • Preferably experienced in cross-functional collaboration with other teams such as sales, marketing, finance (e.g., channel & category development, merchandising operations, trade marketing)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay closely connected with both the team and customers
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Holds a valid Class B driver’s license
