Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "NKA Sales Manager" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

 

Role & Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Monitor turnover and market share targets in line with defined strategies
  • Proactively track market and consumer data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Ensure the implementation of Danone’s sales principles and monitor their application

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong communication and collaboration with key customers to ensure mutual success
  • Identify growth opportunities in sales and support the management of major accounts
  • Implement best-in-class sales strategies with customers
  • Conduct regular store and warehouse visits to strengthen relationships with customers and business partners
  • Manage budgets actively and regularly with customers
  • Support customers throughout all collaboration processes, including contract negotiations
  • Take ownership of customer revenue, market share, and sales fundamentals
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify opportunities and focus areas
  • Take action based on sales performance analysis

Business Development

  • Support the Commercial Strategy team in identifying business development opportunities with customers
  • Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management teams to expand product offerings and increase market penetration

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Supply Chain teams to align efforts with company objectives
  • Effectively inform internal stakeholders about sales performance
  • Coordinate with demand planning and customer service teams to ensure product availability

About you

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience working with key accounts such as NKA, LKA, or discount retailers, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Experience in pricing, consumer behavior, and field operations related to the industry
  • Preferably experienced in cross-functional collaboration with other sales teams (e.g., category development)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain close contact with both the team and customers
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license
