Danone MENA is looking for a talented Office Manager to join its team in Algiers, Algeria!

Key Responsibilities

This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Managing the Country Director’s calendar and schedule.
• Organizing the Country Director’s business travel arrangements (flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications).
• Sorting, filing, and archiving administrative documents.
• Managing invitation letters and travel arrangements for Regional General Management guests visiting Algeria.
• Organizing Leadership Team meetings (both in Algeria and abroad) and events initiated by the Country Director.
• Booking hotels and airline tickets for all departments.
• Processing business travel expenses and Mission Orders for teams.
• Creating purchase orders.
• Organizing business trips and meetings for local teams.
• Creating vendor profiles in Orsoft.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resource management.

Candidate profile: 

• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resource management.
• University degree holder. 
• Proven experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role. 
• Mobility and flexibility to travel when required. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent command of both French and English. 
• Ponctual, organized and detail-oriented profile.
