💼 Available Internship Tracks:

1. HR Business Partner (HRBP) Internship
   Support our HRBPs in day-to-day operations, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic HR projects. You’ll gain exposure to performance management, talent development, and organisational change.

2. Learning & Development Internship
   Help design and deliver learning experiences for Danoners. You’ll assist in coordinating training programmes, evaluating learning impact, and supporting our global learning strategy.

3. Recruitment Internship
   Be part of our Talent Acquisition team and contribute to campus recruitment, employer branding, and candidate experience. You’ll help manage job postings, screen applications, and organise interviews and events.

As an HR intern, people-first thinking will be second nature to you. You can juggle multiple tasks, bring strong organisational and communication skills, and have a solution-oriented mindset. On top of that? You’re a curious, collaborative, and proactive learner who’s always looking for opportunities to grow and make a difference.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in 2026 (flexible start dates) for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp, Utrecht, Zoetermeer or Rijswijk offices a couple of days each week (location depends on the role).
