This is a full time, permanent position with ideal start after summer. You will be based in Brande, and are expected to work on site at least 3 days/week.   

As our Operations Controller, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to establish Aqua d’Or as the Centre of Excellence in manufacturing. As an integral part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our factory, renowned for innovation, agility and uncompromising quality! 

Reporting to the Plant Director, your mission will be to optimize the financial performance of our Aqua d’Or factory through robust planning, decision support, and performance monitoring techniques. You'll serve as a strategic business partner to our local Department Managers, Shared Service Centre, and our European Finance team, actively contributing to the success of our operations. This is a new position and you will be a part of an exiting growth journey contributing to new ways of working. 

In this role you will also be:

• Acting as a finance business partner to our department managers
• Participating in the closing and rolling forecast process
• Analyzing and animating the financial performance of various parts of the Aqua d’Or factory
• Conducting cost price calculations for our products
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities and driving necessary action plans
• Actively implementing continuous improvement to financial control processes and tools
• Key users of our BI tools, contributing to the implementation and utilization of cutting-edge business intelligence technology

To be able to succeed in the position we believe that you need to have a strong desire for self-development, can easily transform ideas into innovations and love to see how your work will contribute to good results. Besides being open minded and analytical, we also see that you bring the following;

• A couple of years of experience as factory/operations controller
• Bachelors degree as minimum in Finance, Business management or relevant
• Good communication & stakeholder management skills
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Experience from working in a multinational complex organisation within FMCG is highly beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Fluency in Danish is beneficial)
