Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and sort incoming invoices, including digitization and mailbox management
• Verify invoice data against purchase orders and related documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing within the P2P department
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives
• Monitor automatic postings and cooperate with IT in case of system issues
• Analyze blocked items and prepare reports for Intercompany payments
• Regularly review aged vendor items and take appropriate actions to close them

• Experience in project participation
• Strong organizational skills
• Leading role in transition processes is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Shared Service structures and experience in large organizations is an advantage
• Strong drive for continuous improvement
• Ownership mindset and accountability for tasks and processes
• Automation-oriented approach
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems
• High-level finance and accounting knowledge
• In the final setup, Level 10 will have direct support
• Proficiency in Excel, including experience in preparing reports and analyses
