About the job
The purpose of this position is to manage the packaging development portfolio in support of the business's sustainability objectives related to packaging. This includes overseeing innovation and renovation initiatives for both local and export markets, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and packaging standards. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing the packaging portfolio and roadmap, encompassing innovation and renovation efforts, supporting production and operational processes through problem-solving, quality improvement, and contingency planning, as well as fostering collaboration with regional and global packaging teams.
About you
The purpose of this position is to manage packaging development portfolio, to support sustainability of business related to packaging development. Manage Innovation and Renovation (local and export) to align with business objective, compliance and packaging regulation. Manage packaging portfolio and road map include innovation and renovation, support production/operation process related to problem solving, quality improvement, business contingency plan and collaboration between regional and global packaging team.
Min. Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Physics/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering Min. 5 years experience in food industry (FMCG/packaging supplier for FMCG/similar industry), preferably in Packaging Development Knowledge on : Rigid and Flexible Packaging Metal Can Packaging Paper-based packaging (Single Board/Corrugated) Packaging Validation Method Food Technology/Food Processing knowledge Food safety Regulation as per BPOM & EU Standard HACCP Palletization Packaging Specification Sustainability packaging Project Management English communication skills (written and verbal) Understand and demonstrate DANONE behaviour Experience to establish SOP, WOW, Work Instruction
