Role Purpose:

  • Drive the Nutricia Danone Paediatric Business in the Republic of Ireland within the market by winning business, retaining Hospital Accounts and driving community preference for our paediatric growth & allergy product range.
  • To deliver the medical affairs expertise, activities and services in paediatrics in line with the strategy and ambition of the medical, science and market access function and the company’s vision and objectives.

 

Key Activities:

  • Develop, activate and monitor territory account plans aligned with the strategic priorities of the category.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to collaborate and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and KPIs.
  • Advocate for our portfolio through understanding guidelines, clinical arguments and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effective management and mobilisation of KOLs and Commercial advocates through involvement in customer symposiums and educational meetings.

 

This role includes 50% sales of our Paediatric product range and 50% medical affairs.

About you

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:

 

  • Your strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Your clinical Expertise, showcasing examples of your clinical work with clinicians, patients, and caregivers.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills, we'd like to see examples of innovative problem-solving; data analysis leading to project progress; ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • How you establish strong professional relationships; and your ability to engage with customers and senior team members.
  • Understanding of defining and developing business objectives for a successful business plan is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Nutricia Paediatric products and their applications is desirable.

 

This field-based role covers Dublin and the Leinster region. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be living in one of these locations with a full Irish driving license. You will also need to a qualified Dietitian.

 

Salary Bracket: €55,000 - €60,000. We’ll also provide you with a company car & fuel card.
