The incumbent will support the DBS value capture process, manage the cost rolling forecast, and control for DBS APAC. This role is essential in monitoring and driving the organization's performance, focusing on cost, productivity, SLA, RSLA, and KPIs.2

Responsibilities :

• Ensure accuracy of DBS cost forecast and reporting to Danone reporting system;
• Make sure the successful and timely closing of DBS cost , P&L and Cash Flow identify/push gap closing actions on time
• Analyze actual cost vs rolling forecast in diff service lines and follow up with service lines for action plan.
• Provide the clear analysis on rolling forecast and the risk and opportunity to Danone head quarter in regular financial review meeting
• Maintain & improve relevant allocation rules for cross-charging the costs to the corresponding parties including
• Danone head quarter and maintain the profitability level according to tax compliance requirement
• Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules regarding DBS costs.
• Supporting DBS SLA, RSLA and Integration Charter process
• Coordinate with service line for KPI design and KPI target aligned with global strategy
• Support on KPI automaton project on data logic design, UAT and follow up.
• Consolidate and animate the IBS KPIs with details analysis and push service line for improvement plan
• Coordinate and support DBS document review and update (Policy, SOP, WI) for DBS service line

• Bachelor degree, majoring in accounting or Finance related. CPA, ACCA or any certification from a recognized finance institute is preferred.
• At least 5 years finance working experience with at least 3 years in business planning and expense control
• Good command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel and PPT. Exposure to SAP R/3 is preferred
• Self-motivated with passion and open minded
• Effective communication and influence skill
