As PLM Business Support Manager, you will lead the Business Support team responsible for delivery of endusers support to the user communities worldwide in terms of Danone‘s PLM applications (SAP PLM, Bestmix and Infor) that serve the Specialized Nutrition R&I departments and other functions all around the world with regards to ingredient & packaging management, recipe formulation & management and product data management.

1) Fluent English (used in daily work) and good communication skills

2) Good team management and prioritization skills in a highly international environment

3) Ability to design, adapt and implement new processes and ways of working

4) Master’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, IT or Engineering

5) Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader

6) Experience with SAP, BESTMIX or PLM software, programming knowledge and advanced Excel skills will be a benefit

7) Experience in Systems business support in the ingredient, pack, food or pharmaceutical industry will be a benefit
