As PRGM Manager, you will drive Revenue Growth Management across Finland and Sweden by leading pricing, portfolio architecture, promotional effectiveness, trade investment strategies, and mix optimization. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance teams, you will turn data and market insights into actions that maximize revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Location: This position can be based in Finland or Sweden.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy development and implementation, including customer pricing recommendations and price increase planning.
• Drive portfolio and format architecture optimization through profitability analysis, competitive assessments, and innovation pricing recommendations.
• Build business scenarios and provide strategic recommendations to support commercial decision-making and business planning.
• Analyze promotional performance and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
• Develop and implement promotional guidelines to optimize promotional efficiency across brands and customers.
• Define trade terms guidelines, investment levels, and pay-for-performance principles in line with corporate standards.
• Support Sales teams during annual retailer negotiations through insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and optimize Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tools and ways of working, ensuring data quality and effective system utilization.
• Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis to identify growth opportunities and profitability levers.

About You

• You have experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Business Analytics, Sales Finance, or a similar commercial role, ideally within FMCG or retail.
• You have a strong understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investments, portfolio management, and profitability drivers.
• You possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and enjoy working with complex datasets to generate business insights.
• You understand P&L mechanics and can translate financial analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
• You are a strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and confidently challenge the status quo.
• You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You are proactive, curious, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• You are fluent in English; Finnish or Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
