The Process Lead leads all machine and process improvement activities in reference to manufacturing system and contributes to line efficiency and production. The Process Lead is also responsible for the line results and EO’s capability development, focusing on improvement methodology and application. The Process Lead must work collaboratively with EO and related department to deliver consistent improvement culture in the line.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading the routine and non-routine improvement activities to improve line performance (PR).
• Actively lead IPS and UPS to attack critical and chronic defects with involvement of EO.
• Provide OTF coaching to help EOs address CL outages or understand and resolve root cause of chronic issues (complete 6W2H or to make progress on UPS on their equipment).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
• National Diploma in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
Experience
• Ideally has had a line assignment in manufacturing industry minimum 5 years
• Have In depth knowledge of end-to-end production line and improvement methodology.
• Understand manufacturing system such as: eSIM, SAP, and any other manufacturing system.
