As a C&P Business Partner, you will be involved in transversal initiatives aimed at driving growth in our Specialized Nutrition division. You will represent the Cycles & Procurement function in its entirety: with direct responsibility for the Raws and Packs categories, and a coordinating role on the Indirect spend.

You will need to develop a deep understanding of the SN Business context and the needs and KPIs of each function and bring them back to the C&P community to deliver on company goals. At the same time, you will bring the C&P KPIs and targets, and key projects to the SN CORE LT agenda to deliver on those KPIs.

Your role will be central, visible to top management, and crucial in supporting an evolving team with ambitious goals to shape a cohesive C&P SN community. Your scope will be Specialized Nutrition, with a focus - but not exclusively - on the EU Global Supply Points. You will report directly to the C&P SN Business Partnering Director. 

Key responsibilities: 
1. Collaborate closely with all SN stakeholders to ensure supply security, stock management, capacity assessment, business continuity planning, and mitigation strategies.
2. Develop strategies and capacity expansion plans with the Category buyers to support the ambitious SN business growth agenda with corresponding supply of raw materials and packaging.
3. Align a BCP roadmap and drive cross-functional implementation.
4. Achieve productivity targets and ensure productivity projects are integrated into the Operations strategy and resource planning with a one-touch approach.
5. Own the IproView productivity reporting for SN GSP.
6. Support the Sustainability Scope 3 project pipeline and budgeting for SN GSP.
7. Manage implementation between SN Operations and MVU.
8. Support the animation of the P4G program for SN by collecting business needs and driving the output through our selected supply base.
9. Animate the AOP/RF Material Cost cycles with C&P Finance and communicate and explain variances to the SN OPS and FIN community.
10. Facilitate the global SN C&P SPOC network of buyers, each leading the connection with SN in their respective regions or categories.
