YOUR responsibilities as a Procurement & Supplier Relationship Manager will include:

Procurement strategy and strategic sourcing:

  • Develop and implement procurement and category strategies aligned with business priorities, demand requirements and financial objectives
  • Lead market assessments, supplier identification, RFQ/RFP processes, bid evaluation, supplier selection and award recommendations
  • Challenge specifications and demand where appropriate to improve cost effectiveness, service, quality and sustainability
  • Identify and deliver savings, cost avoidance, cash-flow and total-cost-of-ownership opportunities
  • Build resilient sourcing models, including alternative supply options and contingency measures for critical goods and services

Supplier relationship and contract management:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with strategic and operational suppliers
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract creation, renewals and amendments in coordination with Legal, Finance and business owners
  • Define supplier performance expectations, service levels and governance routines
  • Conduct supplier reviews, track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement, innovation and joint value creation
  • Monitor contractual compliance, supplier obligations, documentation and audit trails

Logistics operations and network coordination:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across transportation, warehousing, inventory handling, order fulfilment and customer delivery
  • Ensure logistics capacity and execution are aligned with demand, supply plans, promotional activity and customer requirements
  • Monitor OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, logistics cost and service disruptions
  • Identify and implement optimization of routes, load utilization, warehouse processes and distribution flows
  • Lead mitigation of capacity constraints, delivery failures, inventory discrepancies and supply interruptions
  • Coordinate business continuity actions with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales, suppliers, 3PLs and distributors

Third-party logistics (3PL) management:

  • Lead strategic and day-to-day relationships with 3PL partners providing transportation, warehousing, co-packing or fulfilment services
  • Define scopes of work, service-level agreements, KPIs, escalation paths and governance routines
  • Lead tendering, evaluation and commercial negotiation for outsourced logistics services
  • Run operational and business reviews covering service, capacity, cost, quality, safety, compliance and improvement plans
  • Coordinate recovery plans and root-cause analysis for delays, damages, stock discrepancies, picking errors and customer claims
  • Coordinate volume forecasts and peak planning to ensure adequate labour, fleet, space and equipment capacity

Distributor and customer solutions management:

  • Act as a key operational interface with distributors on availability, order flow, inventory, delivery performance and service improvement
  • Collaborate with distributors on forecasts, replenishment, promotional requirements, route-to-market needs and exception management
  • Define and monitor distributor service expectations and operational performance indicators
  • Coordinate resolution of supply constraints, order fulfilment issues, delivery claims, returns and other service disruptions
  • Use distributor and customer feedback to identify process gaps and develop practical service solutions
  • Support onboarding, change implementation or transition of distributors and logistics partners

Cross-functional partnership, risk and reporting:

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Finance, Quality, Legal, IT and Sustainability
  • Identify procurement, supplier, logistics and distribution risks and maintain mitigation and contingency plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal, ethical, quality, health and safety and sustainability requirements
  • Track procurement savings, spend under contract, supplier performance, OTIF, logistics costs, inventory accuracy, 3PL SLA compliance, distributor service and claims resolution
  • Lead or contribute to transformation, process redesign, digitalization and continuous improvement projects

About you

We are looking for a Procurement & Supplier Relationship Manager with the following profile:

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Solid experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, supply chain, customer service or supplier management
  • Fluent command of English and Bulgarian, written and spoken
  • Practical experience managing outsourced logistics services, distributors or complex external service providers
  • Strong negotiation, contracting, commercial and financial acumen
  • Customer orientation, structured problem solving and demonstrated capability in KPI analysis and performance governance
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage operational escalations and business continuity
  • Project management, continuous improvement and digital/reporting capability
  • ERP and procurement systems proficiency; strong Microsoft Office skills
