About the Job

We are seeking a passionate Product Owner specializing in D&A to join our IT & Data Team in the Benelux region. This role involves collaborating with functional teams across the organization to drive D&A technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with IT tools related to D&A domain, experience in successful D&A projects, and the ability to understand and translate stakeholder requirements in line with business objectives.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for D&A solutions utilized by our Business at local, regional, and global levels. You will serve as the crucial link between D&A key users and Danone IT Teams or External Providers to maximize the potential of our digital capabilities. Additionally, you will identify and analyze Business pain points, translating them into technological solutions and influencing stakeholders to bring these solutions to realization.

You will have multiple responsibilities: 

• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate rapid prototyping of data solutions in collaboration with partners.
• Oversee the technical design of D&A solutions within a innovative environment (including Azure Cloud, Databricks, Informatica, Snowflake, Power BI).
• Ensure alignment with the data architecture and framework of the Global/Local data environment.
• Drive product adoption by tracking development progress and incorporating feedback.
• Document data processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and familiarity with data processing frameworks.
• Comfortable learning new tools (Snowflake, Azure Cloud, Databricks, Power BI) 
• Excellent analytical and communication/presentation skills. Storytelling through Data/ Presenting Insights to different Stakeholders. 
• Strong collaborative partnership abilities, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Flexible and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of Agile-Scrum Methodology will be considered a plus. 
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is highly advantageous.
