This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Specialist to join Danone’s Healthcare Nutrition team, managing the Victoria central territory- Northern Metro Corridor.

 

In this part-time (3 days a week), permanent role, you will represent Souvenaid and Fortisip, two of our leading, clinically validated nutritional solutions developed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and those in need of enhanced energy or protein support, respectively. You will partner closely with Geriatricians, Neurologists, GPs, and other Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to drive education, recommendation and sustainable growth through face-to-face and digital engagement.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Build strong, science-led partnerships with Specialist HCPs across medical and memory clinics
  • Educate and influence HCPs on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of Souvenaid
  • Translate national strategy into effective territory plans and execute against clear objectives
  • Achieve agreed sales and performance targets in line with ethical and compliance standards
  • Drive positive shifts in HCP advocacy, behaviour, and recommendation
  • Manage your territory using data, insights, and customer segmentation
  • Support patients and carers through referral pathways and access programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver educational initiatives and business outcomes

About you

You’re a dynamic, confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You embrace independence, build genuine relationships, and are energized by achieving meaningful results rooted in integrity and evidence. Your proven track record in healthcare sales gives you a real advantage, helping you forge powerful connections and make a lasting impact in the industry.

 

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in science, healthcare, or a related discipline preferred
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales (dementia experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of territory management and business planning
  • Proven ability to influence and engage Specialist HCPs
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and commercial acumen
  • Confidence in using clinical data to support educational conversations
  • Full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel the territory
