Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Prdocution Executive - Bursa" position.
Be responsible from following requirements:
- Manage daily operations in the syrup room, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Oversee syrup preparation, mixing, and storage processes to ensure product consistency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
- Implement and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, enhance OEE, and improve product quality.
- Focus on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing downtime, improving performance, and enhancing product quality.
- Lead production activities within the syrup room, ensuring all products meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the QA department to develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and testing protocols.
- Work closely with the R&I department to support new product developments, ensuring successful trials, formula scalability, and smooth integration into production.
- Participate in the transition of new products from development to mass production, identifying and addressing any operational challenges.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of syrup room operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify and resolve quality issues for the defined processes through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead and train production staff on protocols, best practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for syrup room processes, including QA measures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets for efficiency, waste reduction, OEE, product quality, and safety are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in production flow, safety, equipment performance, and quality assurance processes.
About you
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in preferably Food & Chemical engineering.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in production processes.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
