Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Warehouse Operations Executive" Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Collaborating with clients, carriers, and suppliers to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, optimizing the movement of products from origin to destination.
• Managing and optimizing inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and ensuring product availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Handling the order fulfillment process, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping, to meet customer demands accurately and on time
• Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to maintain product integrity, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
•  Coordinating transportation services, selecting appropriate carriers, and optimizing delivery routes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendor compliance with performance standards
• Leveraging logistics management software and systems to streamline operations, improve visibility, and facilitate real-time data analysis
• Ensuring that all logistics activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Identifying areas for process enhancement, cost reduction, and performance optimization, while implementing best practices to achieve these objectives
• Leading monthly stock counting process and report it both finance & logistics teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Logistics degree, MBA desirable
• Minimum 3 years of Logistics or Supply Chain experience
• Experience of Transportation Management is a plus
• Prior Experience in 3PL management and KPI management
