Project Management Trainee

(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest, hybrid)

YOUR responsibilities as a Project Management Trainee will include (but not limited to):

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects
• assist with the delivery of reports and other documents to ensure production of deliverables on time and within agreed budgets, according to our cluster pipeline
• offer support in CEE projects
• intermediate communication between suppliers and local stakeholders
• follow graphic chain and designs preparation
• support master data process

We are looking for a Project Management Trainee with the following profile:

• University graduate, ideally with a professional experience (ex: internship)/ involvement in projects (including the ones during school)
• You are a fast learner, team player and full of initiative
• You have strong communication skills and attention to details
• Computer is your friend and you have experience with Excel and Power point
• You usually challenge the status quo and try to look at things from different angles
• You should be able to work independently, with good planning and project management skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• Fluent in Romanian & English, both spoken and written.
