The Navision ERP Project Manager is responsible for leading the assessment of current business processes and aligning them with the appropriate Navision modules to support standardized and efficient system use across West Africa countries. The role also evaluates the organization’s readiness to migrate from NAV 2018 to Dynamics 365 Business Central—assessing process maturity, people skills and existing system adoption—while implementing required change management procedures to drive process efficiency and improve overall system utilization.

- 5+ years ERP project leadership.
- Proven full-cycle upgrade experience.
