What will make your impact unique

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the Quality strategy across multiple plants and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, international certifications, and quality standards
  • Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis, driving informed decision-making
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Develop and strengthen Quality leadership capabilities, building sustainable teams
  • Collaborate with key functions to embed Quality as a core pillar of the business

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the Quality strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and certification processes (e.g., GFSI, FSSC 22000, ISO)
  • Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement data-driven corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, IWS, and Six Sigma
  • Lead, coach, and develop Quality leaders, fostering inclusive and high-performing teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external laboratories

 

Leadership Scope

  • Direct leadership of senior Quality leaders
  • Indirect functional leadership across Quality teams in manufacturing plants
  • Strong interaction with senior business and operations leadership

 

About you

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 20+ years of experience in leadership roles within Quality in Make.
  • Experience in the food and/or beverage industry, ideally in high-risk categories
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems: HACCP, ISO 9001 / 22000, and GFSI standards
  • Proven experience leading audits, certifications, and regulatory processes
  • Demonstrated track record in driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Advanced English proficiency (bilingual level)
