We are currently seeking a replacement for a R2R-FC Specialist. A key focus of the role is managing intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and elimination of intercompany profits to support reliable consolidated financial statements. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver the General Accounting/reporting activities performed in their cluster are compliant with the Group core model and with the local rules
• Assist manager to execute the closing options validated by the FBS Finance Director
• Manages financial transactions between related entities within the same company, ensuring accurate recording and elimination of intercompany profits, for accurate consolidated financial statements
• Deliver the management and statutory accounts of all CBUs on time, and fully compliant with the group rules or local GAAP.
• Ensure that the monthly reporting and biannual consolidation packages are reviewed and validated by the CBS and CBU Finance Directors before submission
• Provide all necessary support to the GL & Reporting team lead to ensure that all reported financial information is correct
• Perform integrity checks of interfaces fueling the accounting system, and follow up resolution of issues
• Perform local GAAP watch for in charge CBU
• Ensure effective internal controls are in place across accounting and closing processes, with a focus on executing intercompany transactions, including validation, reconciliation, and profit elimination, to support accurate and compliant group consolidation.

• Understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including systems preferably SAP, workflows, and data management.
• At least 4 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies.
• Experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• University/College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
• Good time management and prioritization skills; capable of delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Good team player with a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and committed to excellence in task execution.
