Your Responsibilities 

In this role, you will be at the heart of our commercial operations, combining fieldwork with data-driven decision-making. You will directly impact performance by identifying opportunities in-store and translating insights into action. 

• You play a key role in strengthening our presence with retailers while helping us continuously improve our commercial strategy 

• Visit retailers and build strong relationships to drive performance 

• Identify commercial opportunities and turn them into concrete actions in-store 

• Use data analysis to prioritize your actions across regions, sectors and customers 

• Combine field insights and analytics to improve execution and results 

• Take ownership of your territory, managing your own priorities and planning 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and strategy 

• Contribute to ongoing business improvement and growth initiatives 

You are eager to learn, grow and make an impact. You enjoy being in contact with people, but you also like working with data to support your decisions. 

If you want to be successful in this job, you bring: 

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or a related field 

• Strong analytical skills with a good command of Excel 

• Interest in or first experience with commercial or customer-facing roles 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships 

• Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English 

• A proactive mindset with the ambition to grow and develop quickly
