As SHE Jr. Manager , you will be the driving force behind fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility across our operations. You will lead the implementation of global safety standards, ensure risk mitigation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed SHE excellence into every aspect of our Sales and Supply Chain activities. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a safer, more sustainable, and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor WISE and Danone Global Safety Standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness, training, and leadership engagement.
• Develop and execute the SHE vision, roadmap, and annual objectives.
• Ensure timely risk assessments, mitigation plans, and incident investigations.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and emergency drills; report findings and follow up on actions.
• Monitor SHE KPIs, speed violations, and enforce corrective actions.
• Coordinate monthly safety committees and ensure action tracking.
• Oversee PPE usage, safety training completion, and employee well-being initiatives.
• Support environmental protection, waste management, and sustainability programs.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in English
• Preferably an engineering background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Training in problem analysis and troubleshooting
• In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE standards
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG environments
