As a Sales Budget Controller, you will meticulously manage and control sales expenditures to ensure that reported costs align with the services provided each month and the approved rolling forecast. You will serve as the primary contact for the sales team and director, keeping them informed about all campaigns and their financial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prepare for month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, including month-end and monthly sales reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, estimation, and forecasting processes.
• Control sales expenditures in detail to ensure reported costs match the services provided each month.
• Report actuals and rolling forecasts to the Group.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on sales expenditures, offering clear commentary on variances from plans.
• Challenge, understand, and create awareness of marketing, corporate, or trade marketing investment trends.
• Provide monthly updates.
• Partner with sales teams to understand past and future planned costs in their budgets.
• Develop tools for better control and analysis of sales expenditures.
• Support all ad hoc requests related to sales expenditures and campaign costs.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling or accounting.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Basic understanding of accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a proactive, doer attitude.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to act with speed and agility in a complex business environment.
