YOUR responsibilities as a Sales Manager HoReCa will include (but not limited to):

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the HoReCa channel
  • Managing and expanding the client portfolio: coffee stores, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses
  • Identifying new market opportunities and client segments through data analysis and market research
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key partners, offering tailored commercial solutions
  • Presenting and promoting our product portfolio to maximize visibility and sell-in across the sector
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Leading and coaching the sales team to drive results and ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new sales team members
  • Providing regular reports and insights on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Acting as a trusted contact point for client requests, inquiries, and escalations

About you

We are looking for a Sales Manager HoReCa with the following profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant sales leadership position, preferably within the FMCG or HoReCa sector
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, contract implementation, and partner relationship management
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Solid MS Excel skills (intermediate level)
  • A valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel
