SAP System Analyst - Supply Chain Inventory

About the job

Proactively manage the day-to-day support and evolution of existing Supply Chain Inventory processes, focusing on SAP Inventory and interfaces with the Warehouse within the Benelux organization. Participate in projects to develop new applications and processes, ensuring optimal and sustainable IT service delivery that meets or exceeds business expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability and effectiveness of IT applications in the Supply Chain domain to meet business needs.
  • Provide effective functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of business processes and applications within your domain.
  • Identify opportunities for application evolution.
  • Participate in or lead projects as outlined in the Master Plan.
  • Manage internal and external suppliers and other resources.
  • Oversee the operational management of project or support-dedicated resources.
  • Ensure compliance with existing laws, regulations, IT Governance Processes, and Internal Control.
  • Monitor the system and troubleshoot with functional/global DAN’IS.
  • Supervise key users within your domain.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other functional domains and IS/IT members.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and good knowledge of SAP SCM/SD
  • Experience with EDI and interfaces is an added value.
  • Strong experience in supply chain management.
  • Customer-oriented with empathy, Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, Passion for excellence and Problem-solving skills.
