Danone Specialized Nutrition is seeking for SEA Financial Planning & Analysis Support Manager, based in Thailand. 1. SEA Forecasting Rolling forecast (RF) (50%)
• Prepare SEA monthly Rolling Forecast (RF) P&L with detail by country.
• Convert Bottom up numbers provided by MBU Finance team into SEA RF. 
• Prepare SEA RF Reporting and Analysis (i.e. ROP bridge, Net Sales Variance Analysis, A&P By Nature).
• Prepare SEA Magnitude (Finance system) package submission.
• Prepare management Deck for monthly calls.
• Prepare for Quarterly review with SEA GM and SEA FD, AMEA Team (i.e. COMEX slide, QBR Slide).
2. SEA Global Planning System (GPS) (40%)
• Collect/Consolidate input from MBUs.
• Be able to validate and analyse MBUs assumption from Net sales to Profit.
• Update Financial Information for SEA GPS Meeting.
3. SEA Monthly Actual Closing & Reporting (10%)
• Prepare SEA month end reporting package (NS Variance, Brand/Channel result, ROP Bridge) to be submitted in BPC/Magnitude (Finance system) for Global team consolidation. 
• Prepare SEA Month End Consolidation deck for Global Management team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Masters or MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in (FP&A) or more
• Experience from FMCG and MNC
• Good team player and results orientated
• Proven ability in multi-tasking, prioritizing workload, high attention to detail, follow-through and meticulous (mandatory)
• Technically skilled and mathematically inclined with a passion at crunching numbers; and thereafter the ability to convey stories from the numbers is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with numerous stakeholders to understand competing requirements, influence outcomes and deliver effective services. 
• Highly independent and resourceful.
• Strong influencing ability and drive to win multi-functional collaborations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• High level of Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with common sense.
