Danone is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Brand Manager (Paediatrics) to lead strategy, marketing, and innovation across our Paediatric specialty portfolio (Allergy, Faltering Growth, Metabolic). In this 18 months FTC role, reporting to the Head of Marketing – SN Healthcare, you will manage three direct reports, develop and execute annual business plans, champion digital transformation, and lead a high-performing team. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners, you will deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support exceptional patient outcomes.

With experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or FMCG environments, you thrive on leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and building strong relationships. You’re analytical, proactive, and confident managing brands and influencing stakeholders.
