Senior Brand Manager
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will drive brand growth through strategic planning, performance management, and innovation. Lead cross-functional teams to execute impactful brand and shopper marketing initiatives while developing team capabilities and business performance.
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be doing the following activities:
Partner with the Marketing Director in developing strategic plans and identifying locally relevant activation initiatives to drive brand growth and P&L.
Translate business plans into the right KPIs to track brand performance.
Manage the brand’s performance on a day-to-day basis with various stakeholders.
Create an innovation pipeline in line with strategic brand growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive the innovation agenda.
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure an efficient customer and shopper marketing strategy based on key shopper research, insights, and learnings.
Lead and coach team members, building their core brand-building expertise and business acumen.
