Role Purpose:

 

Build and execute strategic growth plans for GetPRO as part of wider Protein Must Win Battle, aligned with regional strategy to drive sustainable volume, net sales and share gains.

 

Key Activities:

 

Brand P&L delivery and market performance

- Accountable for building  & executing GetPRO annual marketing plan to deliver against business targets (Full P&L accountability)
- Tracks brand performance against KPIs and galvanizes business around corrective actions
- Sits on Dairy CPT as Commercial and brand lead for GetPRO brand driving execution of all brand/commercial levers to ensure delivery against CPT targets

 

Brand building & strategic leadership

-   Shapes and aligns ambitious 3 YR brand strategy
-   Builds ambitious AOP across all marketing levers to deliver against financial / consumer objectives
-   Portfolio strategy and resource allocation (A&P) including efficient & effective WM/NW

 

Lead communications,creative & Partnerships

- Leads impactful brand campaigns/activations, working closely with IBC team to deliver effective/efficient creative & media. Work with Ire BM to drive relevant execution
- Leads Sponsorship/ambassadors strategy and execution including London marathon, Carlos Alcarez activaitons
- Drive Brand visual identity & DBAs locally through touchpoints (as per gl brand vision)
- Lead & deliver (doing) always on strategy and activation as relevant. Work closely with IBC team to ensure effective/efficient creative & media 

Pipeline & Innovation

- Leads GetPRO 3YR Innovation and reno pipeline
- Ensures excellent in execution of all inno launches

- Contribute to people development & high feedback culture – develops high performing team (BM)

 

 

INTERACTIONS:

- With functional partners: supply, finance, PRGM, commercial/category, CCD, S&I, IPRO, GS
- Marketing: HN, ONE MKTG, IBC, GLOBAL MKTG, D studio, Agencies 
- Key forums: CPT, LIM, activity meeting (led by IPRO), EU forums, Sales peer group

About you

  • Insight & Data-Driven Thinking: Translates data into actionable insights and brand tasks; skilled in performance analysis and A&P management.
  • Creative & Media Excellence: Delivers inspiring creative ideas and unlocks media and touchpoint opportunities to amplify brand impact.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Leads cross-functional teams and agencies with accountability, courage, and strategic influence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling: Builds strong networks and communicates with impact to influence and align stakeholders

Salary Bracket: £67,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance
