PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Define the business opportunities for Danone Japan by deeply understanding the consumers’ needs, and lead the project by developing the growth strategy and implementing comprehensive end-to end marketing plans.
- Develop the Marketing organization capability strategy with Marketing director and lead to implement the capability development plans.
Main responsibilities
- Responsibilities
• Work with Global and Regional team to understand Danone portfolio and assets (Brands, products, engines, techno, science, RTM models)
• Understand local consumer, competitor and market in depth – and dynamic- (eg build strong hypothesis of emerging opportunities including tech)
• Lead Innovation cross-functional project management
• Build a smart Execution plan with clear KPIs, with agile course-correcting
• Drive excellence in execution (on brand, on target)
• Develop the annual Marketing capability plans and implement the action steps.
