About the job

The team you will be working with is One Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.

 

Responsibilities:

 

This role combines 2 exciting subject areas: 1) first point of contact for ES and HR-related queries, expertly navigating a ticketing system to liaise with HR Administration, Payroll, International Mobility and HR Business Partners and 2) process optimization and employee experience connector while owning the ES PO Management for the DACH region.

 

ES/HR tasks:

  • Ticketing system: drive self-service capabilities for Danoners by co-creating a comprehensive knowledge base and analyzing frequencies of requests, aimed at equipping Danoners with the resources to address frequent questions and streamline their ES and HR experiences
  • Ticketing system: facilitate cross-team collaboration to improve service delivery, reduce response times, and enhance overall efficiency
  • develop trusted relationships with employees and managers, delivering services with professionalism and empathy

Process optimization/ PO Management:

  • embrace and champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practices or even potential for automating
  • Connecting the dots by reviewing process requirements, technical functionalities and understanding internal customer needs
  • Ownership of ES PO Management & vendor communication: from vendor creation, invoice management, PO creation to cost tracking

About you

Requirements:

  • strong understanding of operational HR processes​ and usage of ticketing systems from a backend and user perspective; proven experience in such an environment or similar
  • proficiency in English and German (C1)
  • very good service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively​ with various stakeholder from different locations
  • Interest in invoice management and collaboration with vendors 
  • Continuous improvement skills, proven by e.g. lean six sigma certification or Scrum, Agile methods
  • capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
