About the Position :

Serve as a technical reference within the site, ensuring the performance, safety, quality, and reliability of industrial equipment. The Senior Engineer contributes to continuous process improvement, technical skill development, and the integration of innovative solutions tailored to the local context.

Main Responsabilities :

• Ensure the reliability and availability of equipment.
• Participate in failure analysis and implementation of corrective action plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance (OEE, energy/water consumption, etc.).
• Integrate safety requirements from the design or modification of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify and propose innovative technical solutions (digitalization, visualization, etc.).
• Participate in local technological watch.
• Contribute to the implementation of "future-ready" solutions adapted to the site.
• Support technicians and junior engineers in their skill development.
• Conduct internal technical training sessions.
• Serve as a technical reference for production and maintenance teams.
• Integrate DIJ (Danone Impact Journey) priorities into technical actions.
• Contribute to reducing the site's environmental footprint.

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, automation, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment (food industry preferred).
• Experience in maintenance, continuous improvement, or technical support.
• Strong technical skills in industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of failure analysis tools (FMEA, 5 whys, etc.).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and safety teams.
• Technical leadership, rigor, autonomy, and team spirit
