About the job

The CEE HR Business Partner leads the implementation of HR strategy, programs and tools on Central Eastern Europe (CEE) function and country level, ensures high quality implementation of HR cycles, along with company vision, mission and strategy. Provides strategic guidance, solutions and HR support regarding organizational and people topics. Supports management in several projects and organizational development, to meet the current and future needs of the company.

 

As the CEE HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Creating, leading and executing people strategy at the Central Eastern Europe (CEE) function and country level, aligning with CEE HR priorities
  • Serving as an ambassador for company culture, ensuring the company's values and approach are integrated into the organization's daily operation
  • Championing local engagement initiatives for Romania and Bulgaria
  • Identifying, addressing, and facilitating the resolution of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and labor relations
  • Leading and sustaining positive partnership with Labour Unions (both countries)
  • Overseeing headcount and people cost planning and management
  • Continuously monitoring and tracking KPIs (such as the number of employees, salaries, internal promotions, productivity etc.) at both function and country levels, analyzing data, and proposing optimization actions
  • Consistently developing and enhancing HR processes to optimize their effectiveness
  • Supervising and executing Health & Safety and wellbeing strategies/initiatives for Romania and Bulgaria.
  • Managing a team of HR and office administration, by providing regular coaching, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their full potential

About you

We are looking for a CEE HR Business Partner with the following profile:

 

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Economics, or Communication
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an HRBP
  • High level of expertise in Romanian labor law
  • Fluency in English & Romanian
  • Human acumen, business understanding
  • High level of integrity and ability to create a diverse and inclusive working environment
  • Coaching attitude and development mindset
